Balsamic Pearls
Simple Ingredients:
2 grams agar agar
2/3 cups Villa Graziella Organic Balsamic Vinegar Gold Label
Directions:
Mix the balsamic vinegar and agar powder
Bring mixture to a boil and remove from heat
Once cool, fill a pipette and drip it into very cold tall thin glass of olive oil (we put our glass in the freezer for about a half an hour prior)
Pour glass of olive oil over mesh screen to catch all the balls
Leave olive oil residue on the pearls for added flavor and to help them stick to each other
