PAYMENT TERMS
For online purchases, Villa Graziella Organic accepts MasterCard, Visa & American Express.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, check or money orders and we cannot ship C.O.D. Sales Tax will automatically be added to applicable orders.

DELIVERY
We guarantee delivery only to the address you provide. Shipments that you re-direct and shipments to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be guaranteed to deliver on time.  Sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please check all addresses carefully. Villa Graziella Organic guarantees delivery only to the addresses we are provided with. If we are unable to deliver the package, we will return your order to our distribution center. If the product arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and will charge you only the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.
