Consuelo | Partner
Consuelo comes from retail food and hospitality background on both sides of her family. She believes enjoying food & wine with family & friends is one of life’s true pleasures.
After 30+ years in international consumer product sales and global distribution including 10 years living and working in Italy where she further cultivated her passion for food & wine, she left the corporate world to become one of the founders and partner of Villa Graziella Organic.
She believes great tasting food can also be good for us, and that organic certified quality is better for us and our environment.
A commitment to sustainability led her to partner with smaller, producers who grow, harvest, and make organic certified products. Families who continue the traditions of their ancestors from generations ago.
She reiterates that our partners are small but mighty, adhering to Earth Day 365 days a year. It is a privilege for her to work with such talented people who are passionate about what they do.
Consuelo is proud to offer authentic, clean, and delicious products that support the health of people who enjoy them, the well-being of our partners while promoting the long-term sustainability of our environment.
Martha | Project Manager
Martha joined Villa Graziella Organic in 2021 as Administrator, Project Manager. She never imagined that she would be working for a wine and food company, having spent her entire career in the public sector. Martha is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Marketing. Her experience includes more than thirty-three (33) years in government working in areas such as employee training, and project management. Martha also has planned and coordinated educational conferences for elected officials, as well as organized food drives and charity events. She sat on the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together*Metro Chicago and the Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County.
In her spare time, Martha loves to cook and spend time with her grown children. She is excited to start this new chapter in her life working with such a talented team.
Koraima | Marketing
Koraima joined Villa Graziella Organic in early 2022 as their Marketing Coordinator and is so happy to join a team full of amazing women! Growing up, the importance of good food and spending time with family was always prioritized. Now working with Villa Graziella Organic, she’s looking forward to promoting those same ideals!
Koraima graduated with an AA degree from Rock Valley College and after, pursued her B.S in Publishing Studies from Illinois State University. After college and working internships, she entered the Beauty & Wellness industry, managing the digital strategies of a variety of brands, both internationally and in the U.S. Now being a part of the Villa Graziella team, she’s ready and excited to bring all that Villa Graziella Organic is about to those who love good food and drinks too!
Christi | Social Media Marketing Manager
Christi has been working for Villa Graziella Organic since 2019 as the Social Media Marketing Manager. She is in charge of the company’s social media accounts and blog. She enjoys working for a small business that is owned and operated by a women and is inspired by her leader and appreciates collaborating with the Villa Graziella team. Christi recognizes the importance of eating clean and organic which is why she is passionate about our VG food and wine. Christi enjoys having regular engagement with customers and followers through social media sharing pictures, recipes, educational articles, and local wine tastings on the social media pages. Seeing our followers like, comment and share these posts make it truly apparent how much we are all a part of the Villa Graziella community!
Kandi | Creative Director
Kandi grew up in a large Italian-American family steeped in tradition. From a young age she flourished in all things creative. She began her career in marketing/graphic design for multiple Chicagoland resorts. From there she moved onto product development and Merchandising for a family owned company. She has had the pleasure of designing products for mom & pop shops, national parks, Nickelodeon, and even Disney. For the last five years Kandi’s career has found its way to the publishing industry, working e-commerce and marketing. She has since gone free lance and is extremely blessed to have more time to spend with her family and in the garden. She has developed a passion for a more healthy and simple way of living.
Gabby | Client Services
Gabby comes from a long tradition of home chefs and foodies. With her mom being one of the best cooks she knows, she has centered her life around her passion for food. She herself, is a proud, practicing vegan, and a health & wellness nut.
Gabby loves working for a woman owned business, as it is a great example for setting goals and being confident as a female. It has helped guide her through her first career steps and set the path for her in college. She enjoys Villa Graziella Organic products, and her favorite and most used product is the new Tuscan herb seasoning blend for vegetables. As a clean eater, she loves her veggies! She believes that having that perfect, light, yet flavorful seasoning for her raw, cooked, or roasted vegetables makes them ten times tastier.
