Grape Varieties:
An authentic Sangiovese rosé crafted using the Salasso method. Organically farmed Sangiovese Piccolo grapes enhanced with organic Montepulciano & Ancelotta grapes. 

Salmon colored with lively notes of cranberry, fresh cherry & ripe peach. Excellent structure, balanced acidity & minerality, with a flavorful, lingering finish. 

Food & Wine:
A versatile wine to enjoy with food. Pair with appetizers, medium & sharp cheeses, vegetables, grilled fish & seafood, barbecued white meats. 

Serve chilled at 50-54°F.
