Grape Varieties:
90% Trebbiano Toscano & 10% Malvasia Bianco organic certified grapes. Aged in stainless steel containers for 3 1/2 months.

2023 Vintage Characteristics:  
A challenging growing season! An unusually warm March caused premature bud break. April frost was followed by Spring rains. Thunderstorms with powerful hail continued through the summer with intense periods of heat. Fortunately, by September seasonally warm days and cool nights allowed good fruit ripening. The harvest was carefully done over several stages and although smaller, it resulted in bringing excellent quality grapes to the cellar.

Inviting aromas of crisp green apple, notes of lemon and orange blossoms, with hints of lime.

Food & Wine: 
Clean, light and refreshing, enjoy with vegetarian dishes, salads and soft cheeses, grilled chicken, and fish. Outstanding paired with Korean BBQ, spicy Indian, Mexican, and Thai dishes, sushi & sashimi.
