SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • At Villa Graziella Organic, we do our very best to ship your orders within 24 hours of being placed. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. 

  • Orders placed by Friday at 3:00 p.m.  CST will ship that day.

  • Orders ship via ground shipping and will arrive within 5 - 10 business days.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SHIPMENTS
Sorry, we do not ship on weekends. We ship Monday through Friday. If you place your order after 5pm ET Friday we will ship your order on the following Monday.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
Villa Graziella Organic and its carriers do not ship or deliver on the following days:

  • New Year's Eve – Only Air packages will be delivered

  • Martin Luther King Day

  • New Year's Day

  • Presidents' Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Juneteenth

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Christmas Day

PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING CODES
Promotional shipping offers apply to orders that meet applicable sale amounts in merchandise before normal taxes and shipping/handling rates shipping to a single address only. Promotions do not apply to overnight delivery, 2nd day or Saturday delivery unless specifically denoted. Offers are not valid outside the 48 contiguous United States, APOs and FPOs. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer, or applied to previous orders.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
As much as we try to avoid it, from time to time we could be out of stock on a given product. When we run out of a product, we make every effort to update the shopping cart at www.villagraziellaorganic.com as soon as possible. If you order a product and we later find out that it is out of stock, we will contact you either by email or by phone and offer you the following options:

  • Backorder: We will provide you with an estimated time of arrival and alert you when the product has shipped.

  • Substitute: While all of our products have a distinct character, we can ship you a substitute that most closely resembles your original order.

  • Cancel: If you can’t wait for the product and you don’t want to accept a substitute, we will refund your purchase.
